- Replenish your body after pregnancy - 11 March 2021 at 10am-
Pregnancy and having a new baby are an incredible, magical time. But they can also be utterly exhausting, and leave you feeling run down and not like yourself.
The toll that pregnancy can take on your body is not usually acknowledged, but the effects can last for years.
That’s why it’s important to properly replenish your body after pregnancy, so you feel good now, and for your future health.
The nutrients depleted by pregnancy can affect your energy, bone health, sleep, mental health, gut health and more.
If you’re a mum who hasn’t had a chance to properly rest and restore yourself after pregnancy, this is your chance.
Replenish & Restore is a live workshop in a Facebook group, where the replay will always be available if you can’t watch it live. The workshop is clear, to the point and very practical - I know you don’t have time to consume hours of content. I’ll give you concrete steps to take in your life straight away.
You can stay in the Facebook group as long as you like to ask questions and get support.
You’ll also receive 4 weeks of Postpartum Restoration meal plans and recipes to download.
What we’ll cover:
> Intro to postpartum depletion; why does it matter, how does it happen, how do we fix it?
> Rest, self-care, and routine
> Replenishing the nutrients you need for energy and sleep
> Replenishing the nutrients you need for your mental wellbeing and bone health
> Macronutrients, blood sugar balance, hydration, looking after your gut, and other healthy eating cornerstones
You also get:
> 4 weeks of postpartum replenishment meal plans
> Recipe collections for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
> Support whenever you need it (ask questions any time)
The workshop takes place live on 11 March at 10am, but will always be available to watch after that.
