Privacy Policy

I respect your personal information and privacy.

In the course of working with me I may collect your personal information. This may include your name, phone number, and email address.

Your personal information such as name and email may be stored on my booking system, Acuity, or on my online meeting software, Zoom.

I process payments through PayPal, which may also store your details. I will not store any payment details.

I will only use information gathered from you, for the purpose for which it is gathered.

I will never add your email address to an email list without your permission. I will never share your details with anyone else (for example, another health provider) for any reason, unless I have your permission.

During a consultation, I will take handwritten notes which I then store in a locked filing cabinet in my home office.

If you join a group or membership, your membership in that group will be private but your name and comments will be visible to other members of the group.
