I provide holistic, compassionate, in-home postpartum care in Canberra. I’m a university-qualified nutritionist, postpartum doula, and mum to two boys.

My focus is on nurturing you so you can rest, recover, and care for your baby.

I listen, I help, and I always bring snacks.

I can help with:

> Baby care while you rest/shower/take a walk/whatever you want to do
> Having a chat, talking through any challenges you’re having, keeping you company, or leaving you completely alone - whatever you need
> Meal prep and/or organising food delivery
> Advice for recovery, nutrient replenishment and nutrition for breastfeeding
> Breastfeeding advice and support
> Organising other support such as a lactation consultant, osteopathy, physiotherapy, massage, or house cleaning
> Giving you time and space to adjust to becoming a mum

You don’t have to have a newborn to use my services; I can work with you anytime you need the support I’ve mentioned above.

I am an LGBTQ+ affirming, body-neutral, mental-health-aware doula.

Postpartum Care Packages:

Single two-hour visit: $140
10 hours total, minimum of 2 hours per visit: $600
20 hours total, minimum of 2 hours per visit: $1000

Prices include travel within Belconnen, Gungahlin and the Inner North. Travel to other areas is an additional $10 per visit.
Payment is required in advance; I will invoice you through PayPal.
Please note I don’t provide house cleaning services.

What areas do you work in?
I can travel anywhere in the ACT. Travel outside of Belconnen, the Inner North and Gungahlin is an additional $10 per visit.
